ATC products are intended for use by professional applicators in industrial situations in accordance with the advice given by Acryla Tec. ATC Products are water-based, nonflammable, nonhazardous, and air freight compatible. We provide all the necessary training and ongoing support to ensure trouble-free product application.
Intended uses:
Acryla Tec Coatings is intended for “one product system” Military applications extending the “paint cycle” using an advanced closed cell system giving superior long-term asset protection for all surfaces & substrates. ATC is ready to use with no extra parts/additives, all coating products interlock with each other. (high gloss or matte finish & custom color)
ATC-200 Safeguard:
Acryla Tec Coating System: ATC-200 Safeguard Top Coat is a military formula variant specially designed for the Department of Defense. Effective coating technology for corrosion control, usability, and barrier protection for metal substrates.
Water-Based:
ATC Coating products (7 items) are multi resin water-based single component and considered “dried/cured” once the water evaporates with heat & airflow leaving behind a sustainable 100% pure high-performance resin protection layer.
Application Conditions:
Temperature: Must be above 55°F / 13°C
Material Temperature: 55°F to 200 °F / 13°C to 93°C
Surface temperature: Not within 5 °F / 3 °C of Dew Point
Relative humidity: 85% maximum
Other: Temperature must be above 40 °F/ 5 °C for the following 24 hours after application.
Do not coat in rainy weather or when freezing conditions are expected before dry times are Completed. (24-48 hours).

PRODUCTS
ATC-50 Acrylic Bonding Primer Agent, adheres to all substrates excluding plastic & silicon. One coat primer application used prior to all other ATC products.
ATC-75 Poly Mesh Fabric Material, used in between Bond & Top coats overlapping seams, cracks, holes & damaged substrate for added strength. (300 ft per roll)
ATC-100 Acrylic/Polymer Hybrid Resin Top Coat, formula for superior substrate protection, thermal heat reduction, waterproofing, and long-term asset protection.
ATC-200 Safeguard Top Coat, proprietary durable additive for thin semi-smooth aggregate matt finish for long-term asset protection, weather protection and abrasion protection.
ATC-300 Acrylic/Polymer Fiber Filler, all purpose versatile repair/filler coating suitable for metal, fiberglass, concrete, tile, wood, canvas & shingle.
ATC-400 Acrylic/Polymer Hybrid Non-Skid Floor Top Coat, with aggregate additive gives grip function used for walkways, safety areas, ramps and floors.
ATC-500 Similar to ATC 100 Acrylic/Polymer Hybrid Resin Top Coat, but with anti-corrosion additive designed for coverage over rust and metal.
